From now on the Chief is spending his days deciding whose going & whose staying. Everyone terrified of whose going & who's staying are staying at the hospital not going home to sleep or eat. Meredith whose know bright and shiny is the only one who is staying optimistic throughout the whole situation telling everyone no one is leaving. That's why I love my Meredith.
