Meredith is drunk! She's drunk waiting for Derek's decision. She's drunk when she gets called to the hospital for a train accident and then she has to be put on a banana bag until she sobers up. Meredith drunk = FUNNIEST thing ever! We know that Bonnie and Tom who are attached by a poll. Dr. Burke and Dr. Shepherd work on her only briefly before determining her situation is hopeless and turn their attention to Tom, who has a greater chance of living. As the doctors leave Bonnie, Meredith loses it, standing over the dying Bonnie, crying "What about her? We can't just abandon her!" Symbolically, therepresents her own life, as she realizes Derek has decided to remain with Addison. BOO HOO!
