Meredith: Speaking of whores, has anyone seen the love-struck intern fawning over my husband?
Alex: April is no intern.
Meredith: Snatch your eyes like that, and you're an intern.
Cristina: Oh don't worry, that's not Derek's thing... anymore.
Meredith: I was the love-struck intern. It is his thing.
Derek: No, he's grown out of it.
Alex: Out of what? Chick who shave their legs and laugh at his jokes? Sure he's grown out of it.
Meredith: I shave my legs! (silence) Sometimes...
Alex: She's always calling him Chief Shepherd. I don't make the rules, I'm telling you- it's a thing.

Meredith: Chief Shepherd, are you busy?
Derek: You just called me Chief Shepherd?
Meredith: I did. Go with it. (smiles and starts closing the blinds)
Derek: What are you doing with the shades?
Meredith: Hahaha... (locks the door) Ssshhh... No one can know.
Derek: No one can know what?
Meredith: About our secret love, Chief Shepherd.
Derek (amused): Secret love?
Meredith: By the way Chief... I picked up your dry-cleaning for you. And I... (takes her shoes off)... had your car washed...
Derek: Hahaha...
Meredith: And I just swept up your desk (sits on the desk)...
Derek: Aha.
Meredith: ... with my bottom. Is there anything else I can do for you Chief Shepherd?
Derek: Ufff... let me see if I can come up with something. (lays her down on the table and starts kissing her)
Meredith: Mmm... Chief Shepherd!
